This Privacy Policy explains how HeiHa AI Media Maker ("HeiHa", "we", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use our mobile applications and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account data

When you create an account or sign in, we collect identifiers such as your account ID, email address (if provided), sign-in provider, and subscription status.

Device & usage data

We automatically collect device model, operating system version, language, time zone, app version, crash logs, and in-app events (for example, which features you open) to keep the app working and improve it.

Prompts and uploaded media

When you use generation features, we process the text prompts you enter and the images or videos you upload as reference. These are sent to our servers and third-party AI inference providers to produce the output you requested.

Payment data

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive a transaction identifier and subscription status from them — we do not receive or store your payment card information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to: operate the Service and fulfil your generation requests; authenticate you and manage your subscription; prevent abuse, fraud and policy violations; provide customer support; analyse aggregate usage to improve quality and performance; and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your prompts or uploaded media to train foundation models.

3. Service Providers We Share With

To deliver the Service we share limited data with trusted processors who act under contract:

• AI inference providers that generate your videos and images from your prompts and reference media.
• Cloud hosting, storage and CDN providers that host the Service and the content you generate.
• Analytics and crash-reporting providers that help us measure quality and diagnose issues.
• Payment and subscription platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play) that process your purchases.

4. Storage & Retention

Your generation history and saved outputs remain available to you inside the app until you delete them or delete your account. Server-side copies of your prompts and generated media are retained only as long as needed to deliver the Service, meet legal or tax obligations, and handle disputes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

5. Children

HeiHa is not intended for children under 13, and not intended for minors in jurisdictions where the applicable minimum age is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required, we put in place appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You can also delete your account from within the app.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and operational safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you inside the app.
